Dealing with Unacceptable Behaviour

All forms of domestic abuse are wrong. This policy outline how we seek to provide care to those in domestic abuse situations.

St Marks has adopted the Anglican Diocese of Sydney’s Policy for dealing with allegations of unacceptable behaviour, including bullying, made against ministers and other church workers.

The purpose of the Policy is to encourage church members to deal with allegations of unacceptable behaviour in a godly and wise way.   It encourages seeking reconciliation, with repentance where needed.

Unacceptable behaviour means any behaviour that falls short of the standard normally expected of church workers. To find out more, click the button below.
