Prior to beginning bible college, our Assistant minister Dave Binggeli, worked as an Exercise Physiologist, and prior to that, a personal trainer.  

For 3 consecutive Saturday mornings from Sept. 7th, a group will meet from 8.30-9.30am for some exercise, followed by coffee or brunch.  

The Boot Camp is for anybody 18 and over.
