Dealing with Unacceptable Behaviour

This Policy was adopted by St Marks Parish Council on February 20, 2019.

St Marks is covered by the Anglican Diocese of Sydney’s Policy for dealing with allegations of unacceptable behaviour, including bullying, made against ministers and other church workers.

The purpose of the Policy is to encourage church members to deal with allegations of unacceptable behaviour in a godly and wise way.   It encourages seeking reconciliation, with repentance where needed.

Unacceptable behaviour means any behaviour that falls short of the standard normally expected of church workers. To find our more, click the button below.
